With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leif Blomquist in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Telin saved Kinnarp IF from getting behind. Kurt Telin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Blomquist in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kinnarp IF's Alvar Forss got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Leif Blomquist came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Solberg IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Blomquist couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oliver Eklund during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Solberg IFK booed when Kinnarp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvar Forss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Solberg IFK's Claes Nyqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Forss in the 27th minute of play. Kurt Telin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Stig Bennet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hannes Zachrisson fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solberg IFK's protests and gave Hannes Zachrisson a yellow card for diving instead. Alvar Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Claes Nyqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Nordström during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig Bennet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Kinnarp IF's Michael Nordström got a free kick in the 55th minute. Leonardo Skark was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A hard shot 59 in the game by Leif Blomquist from a close distance when the talented Kurt Telin managed to make a qualified save. Kinnarp IF's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Solberg IFK's zone, Nils-Åke Stenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Nyqvist came out of the goal and Nils-Åke Stenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvar Forss in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claes Nyqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvar Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leif Blomquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Telin having to interfere. Stig Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Telin having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Oskar Dahlberg during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
