The goalkeeper, Edward Ström, was totally fooled by Oooohh Janne Janne's Viktor Berg, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Axel Fransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Ström having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Douglas Biörkquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östhammar RK and the Oooohh Janne Janne players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Östhammar RK got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Biörkquist. Östhammar RK's Edward Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Fransson in the 26th minute of play. When Birger Ryberg came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Östhammar RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Ryberg couldn't finish the play. If Edmund Backman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Oooohh Janne Janne booed when Östhammar RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Fransson in the 37th minute of play forced Östhammar RK's goalkeeper Edward Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Östhammar RK's Douglas Biörkquist got a free kick in the 37th minute. Axel Fransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Ström having to interfere. Edward Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When Birger Ryberg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Östhammar RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Ryberg couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Einar Stenkvist during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Einar Stenkvist hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Birger Ryberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Blomqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. If Edmund Backman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Malcolm Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Oooohh Janne Janne's Edmund Backman in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 75th minute Axel Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Ryberg got free with Mattias Blomqvist in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edward Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Fransson in the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Östhammar RK defense, Axel Fransson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Ström. The Östhammar RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Ström should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Axel Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oooohh Janne Janne's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Ström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
