Richard Algren had several of the Paltarna RK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Alf Eliasson as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 18th match minute, Rottneros FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Spets to maneuver through the defense. Paltarna RK's Alf Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Algren in the 20th minute of play. Axel Ekerot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Palm having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Freddie Thedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Richard Algren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rottneros FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Algren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alf Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Lindholm hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Josef Palm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Tinglöf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 43 in the game by Richard Algren from a close distance when the talented Alf Eliasson managed to make a qualified save. Paltarna RK's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Paltarna RK's Elias Tinglöf got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Peder Åkerman made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paltarna RK's Jonas Lindholm. 54 minutes into the match, Rottneros FK's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Ekerot came free, but Josef Palm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josef Palm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Tinglöf in the 55th minute. Richard Algren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Axel Ekerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Palm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Eliasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddie Thedin went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Paltarna RK's Josef Palm threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axel Ekerot, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Josef Palm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Tinglöf in the 84th minute. Alf Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddie Thedin in the 92nd minute of play. Rottneros FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
