Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Trekanten's Ludwig Pihlblad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Ankeborg FC's Ivan Fredriksson got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Douglas Wester's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Malcolm Westerstrand firmly grabbed it by the left post. Martin Askberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Flinck having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Ludwig Pihlblad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Douglas Wester took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Malcolm Westerstrand to make any attempt to save it. Patrik Norberg hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes, Ankeborg FC's Michael Högman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl-Åke Flinck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ankeborg FC reached it. Douglas Wester blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malcolm Westerstrand having to make a save. Douglas Wester could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Malcolm Westerstrand made a huge save. Malcolm Westerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Pihlblad in the 29th minute of the match. Douglas Wester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ludwig Pihlblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Wester might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malcolm Westerstrand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Wester ran back to his position shaking his head. Malcolm Westerstrand made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Douglas Wester sent off a good shot on target. Ludwig Pihlblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Malcolm Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malcolm Westerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Pihlblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludwig Pihlblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Westerstrand having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Norberg in the 49th minute of play forced Ankeborg FC's goalkeeper Malcolm Westerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens Öman to make the kick off. Karl-Åke Flinck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Öman in the 53rd minute of the match. When Douglas Wester came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Trekanten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Wester couldn't finish the play. Ludwig Pihlblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Westerstrand having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Ankeborg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Wester came free, but Malcolm Westerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ludwig Pihlblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malcolm Westerstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludwig Pihlblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Malcolm Westerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Pihlblad in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Ankeborg FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Aron Clementsson hit a great ball. Douglas Wester might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malcolm Westerstrand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Wester ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 minutes, Ludwig Pihlblad made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ankeborg FC's Malcolm Westerstrand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Douglas Wester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ankeborg FC's zone, Ludwig Pihlblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malcolm Westerstrand came out of the goal and Ludwig Pihlblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Malcolm Westerstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Wester, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Ludwig Pihlblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcolm Westerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Martin Askberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankeborg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Askberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Åke Flinck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ludwig Pihlblad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malcolm Westerstrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Patrik Norberg's late challenge caught a Ankeborg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrik Norberg helped the player get up and apologised. Patrik Norberg hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Karl-Åke Flinck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Askberg in the 96th minute. After some careless play in the Trekanten defense, Martin Askberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Flinck. The Trekanten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Flinck should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Trekanten players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
