Grimstorp IK's Arvin Nordal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. But to his dismay, Fredric Åkerström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alvin Biörling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Olle Vase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Grimstorp IK's Eric Back got a free kick in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Back in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Dahlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felix Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Back, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Björn Julin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimstorp IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Björn Julin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Dahlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fredric Åkerström might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Dahlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredric Åkerström ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Hollywood city's Felix Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Back in the 41st minute of play. Felix Dahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Back in the 45th minute of the match. Felix Dahlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eric Back went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvin Biörling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Grimstorp IK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
