Henry Ahlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Gummeson in the 6th minute of play. After 9 played minutes The Money Team got a freekick which was hit by Nils Holmgren. The Money Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Börje Gummeson scored to the left of an out of position Henry Ahlin, making the score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl Ståhlberg during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Erland Hökkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernst Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Mellbad having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Patrick Hake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Gummeson in the 26th minute of play forced The Money Team's goalkeeper Henry Ahlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Wassenius hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes The Money Team got a freekick which was hit by Nils Holmgren. In the 45th minute, Hampus Karlsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and The Money Team's Henry Ahlin didn't even have to move. If Börje Gummeson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernst Gråberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Boris Bruhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erland Hökkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Kalfhage hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, The Money Team's Herman Mellbad threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Gråberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in The Money Team's zone, Börje Gummeson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Ahlin came out of the goal and Börje Gummeson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Erland Hökkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
