Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 10) When Bo Brodin came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the WeenZ United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Brodin couldn't finish the play. Skoghall IK's Samuel Aleberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Brodin in the 10th minute of play. Åke Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Samuel Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Brodin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Brodin in the 19th minute of play forced Skoghall IK's goalkeeper Samuel Aleberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sven-Olof Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claes Anundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melker Martinsson having to interfere. In the 36th minute, WeenZ United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven-Olof Sillén fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 36th minute, Skoghall IK's Claes Anundsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 46th minute, Kennet Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Gadd took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Samuel Aleberg. Skoghall IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bo Brodin was the one to do the kick off. Manfred Bogren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Samuel Aleberg made a huge save. Melker Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Anundsson in the 54th minute of play. When Kennet Nordström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. After 58 played minutes Skoghall IK got a freekick which was hit by Kennet Nordström. Bo Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Aleberg having to interfere. If Sven-Olof Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Lindström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Hans Haström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Aleberg having to interfere. Sven-Olof Sillén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Melker Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans Haström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. WeenZ United's Bo Brodin got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Skoghall IK's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Brodin came free, but Samuel Aleberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Olof Sillén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Aleberg was a little too slow when Manfred Bogren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Bo Brodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
