Harry Tingberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Lenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Tingberg having to interfere. Harry Tingberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vilhelm Svensson went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Vilhelm Svensson came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Sveg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Svensson couldn't finish the play. If Thomas Lenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilhelm Svensson in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Tingberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Sveg's Sven Bergström got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Harry Tingberg. Harry Tingberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Lenberg in the 100th minute. When the match was over Sveg could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Colo Colo throughout the match.
