Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) Karl-Erik Kvalfält started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fagerås's Alfons Landin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Busk in the 4th minute of play. Alfons Landin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vikmanshyttan BF's Eric Nilsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Vikmanshyttan BF from getting a goal against them. Robert Trulsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Nilsson having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Richard Busk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Landin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vikmanshyttan BF booed when Fagerås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Brodin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes Vikmanshyttan BF got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Söderqwist. A collision led to Fagerås getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Tommy Mattsson hit a great ball. Karl-Erik Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Vikmanshyttan BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fagerås the free kick. Håkan Svanberg kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

The wind increased when Richard Busk made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Alfons Alebäck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vikmanshyttan BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfons Alebäck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Landin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Fagerås getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tommy Mattsson hit a great ball.
