Eric Nilsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig-Åke Hedlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Einar Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Billesholm BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Einar Bergman couldn't finish the play. Eric Nilsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einar Bergman in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Einar Bergman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eric Nilsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 23 minutes, Alfons Alebäck made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Billesholm BF's Philip Pettersson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Stig-Åke Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfons Alebäck got free with Philip Pettersson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Håkan Svanberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Pettersson having to interfere. In the 45th minute Einar Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Nilsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philip Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Busk in the 47th minute of play. The Vikmanshyttan BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Billesholm BF were winning 1-2.

51 minutes into the game, Richard Busk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vikmanshyttan BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Billesholm BF the free kick. In the 51st minute, Richard Busk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfons Alebäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Pettersson having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Einar Bergman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Billesholm BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Philip Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Busk, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 69 minutes, Håkan Svanberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vikmanshyttan BF and the Billesholm BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Billesholm BF booed when Vikmanshyttan BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Svanberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Einar Bergman got free with Eric Nilsson in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vikmanshyttan BF's Eric Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Hedlund in the 74th minute of play. Gilbert Söderqwist was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 76th minute, Gilbert Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Billesholm BF's Eric Nilsson threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stig-Åke Hedlund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 88 minutes of play Vikmanshyttan BF's Richard Busk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Richard Busk hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Stig-Åke Hedlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Vikmanshyttan BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Billesholm BF's performance. The match ended with a win for Billesholm BF.
