Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Olle Vennerberg made the kick off and thus started the match. If Edgar Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Erik Bergqvist took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dick Pil. Dick Pil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Edgar Hybbert's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joakim Lindblom firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olle Vennerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dick Pil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Vennerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. FC Faggots's Joakim Lindblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Lindgren in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Sven-Erik Bergqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dick Pil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dick Pil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Bergqvist in the 37th minute of play. Edgar Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Joakim Lindblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rikard Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rikard Lindgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Olle Vennerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Faggots and the Ruda players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Faggots getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Olle Vennerberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ruda's zone, Sven-Erik Bergqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dick Pil came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Bergqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dick Pil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Erik Bergqvist in the 67th minute. Olle Vennerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Pil having to interfere. Edgar Hybbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Hybbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joakim Lindblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Lindgren in the 80th minute of play. FC Faggots's Joakim Lindblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Lindgren in the 84th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Edgar Hybbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joakim Lindblom. FC Faggots's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Hybbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Faggots's Olle Vennerberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dick Pil. That made the score 2-5 after 97 minutes of play. The FC Faggots players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
