After some careless play in the Ramkvilla defense, Arne Bammerman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reine Odén. The Ramkvilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reine Odén should have stopped the shot. Reine Odén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Walmarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Per-Oskar Ekelund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Walmarsson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Reine Odén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fårösund IF. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Fårösund IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ramkvilla:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fårösund IF's zone, Per-Oskar Ekelund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmie Ahlfors came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Ekelund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reine Odén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Bammerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Jimmie Ahlfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Ekelund in the 35th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Bammerman was the one to do the kick off. If Algot Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Per-Oskar Ekelund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimmie Ahlfors was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimmie Ahlfors showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, Håkan Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Ekelund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Arne Bammerman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fårösund IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Bammerman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Odén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars Walmarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 played minutes Ramkvilla got a freekick which was hit by Peter Möller. Reine Odén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Bammerman in the 94th minute of play. Peter Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Ahlfors having to interfere. Håkan Ström hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. 98 minutes into the game, Tomas Blom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fårösund IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ramkvilla the free kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
