The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Apelkvist in the 7th minute of play forced TKCS Devils's goalkeeper Wilhelm Finman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of TKCS Devils:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ramsby Stars LoL:s goal. When Simon Billock fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ramsby Stars LoL's protests and gave Simon Billock a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Simon Billock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Bergström kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Sten Apelkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Apelkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 38 minutes, Oskar Hultstrand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TKCS Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Hultstrand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sten Apelkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to TKCS Devils getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gert Pettersson hit a great ball. If Konrad Kilberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt Nyqvist during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TKCS Devils!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Kilberg to make the kick off. Oskar Hultstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Albin Lilja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter Bållström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Kullander in the 57th minute of the match. Walter Bållström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Kullander, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Dick Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Oskar Hultstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in TKCS Devils's zone, Konrad Kilberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Finman came out of the goal and Konrad Kilberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Robert Kullander managed to get in a good position for a shot. TKCS Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Kullander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Bållström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd play minute Sten Apelkvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilhelm Finman. 0-3. If Sten Apelkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
