Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) After a rather tough play, Nyåker IK's Ulrik Ros got a free kick in the 4th minute. John Back sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per-Arne Hultstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gottfrid Törnblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gottfrid Törnblom was a little too slow when Per-Arne Hultstrand got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Osvald Wästerberg took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Jelm. Niklas Jelm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 30 minutes, Ulrik Ros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nyåker IK and the Hjärup BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ulrik Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Hjärup BF booed when Nyåker IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrik Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Per-Arne Hultstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Back fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Jelm having to interfere. Tor Löfkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Gottfrid Törnblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Osvald Wästerberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 57 minutes in the game, Osvald Wästerberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Niklas Jelm having to interfere. Niklas Jelm was a little too slow when Osvald Wästerberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-2. When John Back came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Nyåker IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Back couldn't finish the play. Niklas Jelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvald Wästerberg in the 68th minute of the match. Carl Wickander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Wästerberg in the 83rd minute of play forced Hjärup BF's goalkeeper Niklas Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Arne Hultstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Törnblom having to interfere. Gottfrid Törnblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Wickander in the 92nd minute of the match. The Hjärup BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nyåker IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Nyåker IK.
