Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Gunnar's Dennis Samuelsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Anders Ahlén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip Stenman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 6 minutes, Joakim Willig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Gunnar and the Skog players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Gunnar getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Joakim Willig hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes FC Gunnar got a freekick which was hit by Alf Palmquist. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Ahlgren in the 20th minute of play forced FC Gunnar's goalkeeper Christoffer Ferm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd play minute Ivar Valrot came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Christoffer Ferm. 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of FC Gunnar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skog:s goal. In the 33rd minute William Ahlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Ferm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoffer Ferm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Ahlgren in the 36th minute of play. Christoffer Ferm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Ahlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, William Ahlgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

William Ahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Ferm having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Hannes Jönsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, FC Gunnar's Sebastian Valström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. FC Gunnar's Anders Ahlén got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Gunnar! When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Osvald Hammarström put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Christoffer Ferm. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Ahlgren in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Ferm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Skog booed when FC Gunnar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Willig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Ahlgren in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Ferm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 86 minutes, William Ahlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skog's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Ahlgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivar Valrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Christoffer Ferm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivar Valrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christoffer Ferm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Valrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Christoffer Ferm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Ahlgren's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Skog's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
