The supporters of Finnvedens FF booed when BK Röva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Arenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Finnvedens FF's Josef Harlén shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Greger Gregersson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Finnvedens FF reached it. The Finnvedens FF fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Finnvedens FF's Per Brogren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Greger Gregersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Greger Gregersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Brogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Sebastian Hedlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Fors having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gabriel Ahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finnvedens FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Ahlqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Greger Gregersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The BK Röva players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Finnvedens FF were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Hedlund was the one to do the kick off. Robert Björling made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sakarias Stephansson. Gabriel Ahlqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Ahlqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Gabriel Ahlqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Allan Jonasson put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jack Fors. Sebastian Hedlund took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jack Fors. Jack Fors dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 72 minutes into the game, Frans Ödman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Röva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finnvedens FF the free kick. Frans Ödman hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Josef Harlén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greger Gregersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greger Gregersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Brogren in the 82nd minute of play. BK Röva's Helge Lidberg got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Lidberg in the 93rd minute of play forced Finnvedens FF's goalkeeper Jack Fors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Röva's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
