Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) Botsmark BF's Fritz Lange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Hallgren in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Botsmark BF's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hallgren came free, but Fritz Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Åkerberg hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Botsmark BF's Torgny Bengtsson tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Josef Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Josef Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Ekman in the 11th minute of play forced Botsmark BF's goalkeeper Fritz Lange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Andersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Frisck in the 13th minute. Mats Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Andersson having to interfere. Ingvar Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Engström in the 20th minute of the match. During the 24th minute of the match Josef Jakobsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Josef Jakobsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Norrfors getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Josef Jakobsson hit a great ball. If Mats Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Botsmark BF's Mats Engström in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Norrfors's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Mats Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botsmark BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Engström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Andersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eric Frisck struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ingvar Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botsmark BF. Leif Ekman got in the 35th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Fritz Lange handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 36th minute Mats Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leif Ekman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leif Ekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Lange having to interfere. In the 44th minute Leif Ekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Lange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 50th minute, Eric Frisck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Botsmark BF's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Ekerot came free, but Fritz Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Ekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sven-Åke Boström charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Åke Boström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Botsmark BF! The goalkeeper, Fritz Lange, was totally fooled by Norrfors's Jack Brandin, who 64 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 70th minute Karl-Erik Billock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Lange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Olle Ekerot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Engström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingvar Andersson having to make a save. Eric Frisck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eric Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Norrfors got a freekick which was hit by Olle Ekerot. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Norrfors's goalkeeper Ingvar Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Botsmark BF's Fritz Lange proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Botsmark BF from getting a goal against them. Harry Åkerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Fritz Lange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Leif Ekman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harry Åkerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes in the game, Leif Ekman fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fritz Lange having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Harry Åkerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 100 minutes into the game, Norrfors's Leif Ekman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fritz Lange made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Norrfors's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
