Jim Axelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Lange having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, Kista FF's Anton Åberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fritz Lange was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Pål Wallengren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kista FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botsmark BF the free kick. Victor Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Bertil Nordström hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Torgny Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fritz Lange came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Kista FF's Anton Åberg. But to his dismay, Anton Åberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Mats Engström notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Kista FF's Victor Bengtsson. Victor Bengtsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mats Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Victor Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Kista FF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jim Axelsson was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jim Axelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fritz Lange was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Eric Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Engström in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Bengtsson saved Kista FF from getting behind. If Mats Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birger Sandell's late challenge caught a Botsmark BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Engström in the 82nd minute of play forced Kista FF's goalkeeper Victor Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst Snäll kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Eric Frisck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Bengtsson having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Kista FF were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Botsmark BF side.
