Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kjell-Arne Nord made the kick off which started today's match. Birger Ennegren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of David Asplund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. David Asplund came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Tråvad IF's Nicklas Söderquist. But to his dismay, Nicklas Söderquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. David Asplund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Nord in the 11th minute of the match. David Asplund made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Birger Ennegren sent off a good shot on target. Börje Bäckman charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börje Bäckman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC X3m booed when Tråvad IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Bäckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Birger Ennegrens short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got David Asplund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Kjell-Arne Nord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Birger Ennegren came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Tråvad IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Ennegren couldn't finish the play. Kjell Olofsson's late challenge caught a Tråvad IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Olofsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC X3m's Kjell Olofsson got a free kick in the 39th minute. Kjell-Arne Nord's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Asplund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Birger Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tråvad IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Asplund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Kullgren made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Kjell-Arne Nord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Asplund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Simon Nordström fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC X3m's protests and gave Simon Nordström a yellow card for diving instead. After 54 played minutes FC X3m got a freekick which was hit by Simon Nordström. If Kjell-Arne Nord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Ennegren took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Asplund. David Asplund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. David Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Nord, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to FC X3m getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Simon Nordström hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Kjell-Arne Nord's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Asplund was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Herbert Ek hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Tråvad IF's Kjell-Arne Nord in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC X3m's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Axel Kullgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Morgan Sandberg got free with Tage Trillkott in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Asplund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Ennegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kjell-Arne Nord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Ennegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Asplund having to interfere. David Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Nord, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
