Solberg IFK's Jonas Söderquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Malmberg in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Isaksson got free with Per-Arne Forsell in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 minutes, Niclas Brummer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JimmysSaints and the Solberg IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Solberg IFK booed when JimmysSaints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Brummer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Söderquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Dahlberg in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Solberg IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Dahlberg came free, but Jonas Söderquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, JimmysSaints's Adam Malmberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Söderquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jonas Söderquist came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by JimmysSaints's Kent Dahlberg. But to his dismay, Kent Dahlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Per-Arne Forsell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claes Hammarbäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, JimmysSaints's goalkeeper Per-Arne Forsell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Isaksson. The crowd rose to their feet as Solberg IFK's Claes Hammarbäck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Per-Arne Forsell. That made the score 1-2 after 31 minutes of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Kent Dahlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solberg IFK's Jonas Söderquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Claes Hammarbäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
