Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oliver Magnusson got the match started through his kick off. If Daniel Lilja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Molin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Frillesås FF's Peter Vennerberg got control of the ball when Vilgot Björnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Vilgot Björnsson came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sandöverken IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Björnsson couldn't finish the play. Vilgot Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Vennerberg having to interfere. Sixten Bäcklin hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Lilja during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Lilja kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Peter Vennerberg. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. After 32 minutes, Nils Bogren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandöverken IK and the Frillesås FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sandöverken IK's Nils Bogren got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Vilgot Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Bogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Peter Vennerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Vilgot Björnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frillesås FF's Peter Vennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sandöverken IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Molin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Vennerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilgot Björnsson made a kick off. Peter Vennerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilgot Björnsson's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Hans Molin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sandöverken IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Molin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Vennerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niklas Strömbom's late challenge caught a Sandöverken IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niklas Strömbom helped the player get up and apologised. Peter Vennerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilgot Björnsson in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Frillesås FF's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Bogren came free, but Peter Vennerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sandöverken IK booed when Frillesås FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klas Anselius didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sandöverken IK's Vilgot Björnsson in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frillesås FF's goalie prevented a goal. If Vilgot Björnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Björnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Vilgot Björnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frillesås FF's Peter Vennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oliver Haraldsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Magnusson in the 80th minute of play. Andy Björnsson hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Nils Bogren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilgot Björnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Peter Vennerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandöverken IK's Vilgot Björnsson got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vilgot Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Vennerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Molin in the 91st minute of the match. Karl-Åke Forsell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Peter Vennerberg. Frillesås FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sandöverken IK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
