Jan-Erik Östman came out of the goal and Zebastian Ahlqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zebastian Ahlqvist sped through Dalle FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan-Erik Östman. Zebastian Ahlqvist took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Erik Östman. Jan-Erik Östman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Dalle FF's Jan-Erik Östman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Svanström in the 38th minute of play. Zebastian Ahlqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jan-Erik Östman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimmy Svanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dalle FF's Yngve Delin got a free kick in the 46th minute. When Zebastian Ahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Real Madrid CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zebastian Ahlqvist couldn't finish the play. The Dalle FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Madrid CF were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry Norberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Real Madrid CF booed when Dalle FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball.
