Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Västerås Heroes's Konrad Tinglöf got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jon Söderberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Olofsson having to interfere. Dan Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Tinglöf in the 13th minute of the match. Tvärred RK's Dan Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Söderberg in the 15th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Kent Jonasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tvärred RK and the Västerås Heroes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tvärred RK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Kent Jonasson hit a great ball. Jon Söderberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. When Isac Bergström fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Västerås Heroes's protests and gave Isac Bergström a yellow card for diving instead. Isac Bergström kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Dan Olofsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Söderberg's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Västerås Heroes's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Jansson came free, but Otto Vennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Västerås Heroes got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Termander.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Ove Jansson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Sven-Ove Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Vennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Dan Olofsson managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Västerås Heroes's Konrad Tinglöf fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Otto Vennerström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Jakobsson in the 69th minute of the match. Konrad Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dan Olofsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holger Bock hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Otto Vennerström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Ove Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Tvärred RK got a freekick which was hit by Sivert Rang. Kent Jonasson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jon Söderberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dan Olofsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jon Söderberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Tvärred RK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
