The audience was convinced that Christer Esbjörnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ola Kellberg was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th match minute, Lutra Lutra Uttrar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Sundström to maneuver through the defense. Dag Näver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Holm having to interfere. Ola Kellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Winström in the 27th minute of the match. Ola Kellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Esbjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Esbjörnsson in the 38th minute of play forced Lutra Lutra Uttrar's goalkeeper Ola Kellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dag Holm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Lutra Lutra Uttrar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vittaryd's performance. The match ended with a win for Vittaryd.
