Västerljung's Jan Sundling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Granberg in the 10th minute of play. Svante Granberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Sundling having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carl Kellbom during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Västerljung got a freekick which was hit by Carl Kellbom. Carl Kellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 played minutes Bänka Baggio BK got a freekick which was hit by Ian Alkvist. When Bänka Baggio BK's Svante Granberg in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Västerljung's goalie prevented a goal. Alf Wallengren hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Aron Lilja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Sundling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Lilja in the 32nd minute of play forced Västerljung's goalkeeper Jan Sundling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Sundling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Lilja's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 53rd minute, Aron Lilja reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan Sundling. The goal made the score 0-2. Svante Granberg struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Jan Sundling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bänka Baggio BK. Ian Alkvist hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Rasmus Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Wallengren in the 66th minute of play. Västerljung's Jan Sundling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Västerljung from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Alf Wallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Aron Lilja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Sundling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Lövskog could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jan Sundling made a huge save. Bänka Baggio BK's Aron Lilja got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Sundling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Lilja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
