Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manfred Jonsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Göran Jonasson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roland Hultman. MIRASPÕR BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edvin Stenberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Hultman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute Edvin Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Hultman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, MIRASPÕR BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Tinglöf to maneuver through the defense. Jim Löfgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Jonsson in the 22nd minute of play. Jim Löfgren came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by MIRASPÕR BK's Manfred Jonsson. But to his dismay, Manfred Jonsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Manchester United booed when MIRASPÕR BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Salkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Salkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. If Edvin Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marko Hökqvist struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Roland Hultman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United. In the 47th minute, Stefan Ahlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manchester United's Jim Löfgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Stig-Åke Söderström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Löfgren came out of the goal and Stig-Åke Söderström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Stig-Åke Söderström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, MIRASPÕR BK's Emil Salkvist got a free kick in the 59th minute. Roland Hultman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Stenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marko Hökqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Manfred Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roland Hultman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Stenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Stig-Åke Söderström came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the MIRASPÕR BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Söderström couldn't finish the play. If Gösta Håning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MIRASPÕR BK's Roland Hultman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Stenberg in the 89th minute of play. Alf Brummer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Roland Hultman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Hultman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Stenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Stig-Åke Söderström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIRASPÕR BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. MIRASPÕR BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Manchester United for a fine match.
