The audience was convinced that Georg Bokelund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aleksander Vedholm was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Georg Bokelund scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksander Vedholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Väröbacka RK's Aleksander Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Kristiansson in the 20th minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Väröbacka RK's Arne Bratt made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olov Blomkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bengt-Åke Kleen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Blomkvist having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Kristiansson during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Söderhamn's Stefan Kristiansson got a free kick in the 31st minute. Aaron Ekerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Granqvist during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Aaron Ekerot made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Vedholm. Väröbacka RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 91st match minute, Söderhamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Kristiansson to maneuver through the defense. When Georg Bokelund got free in front of the goal in the 97th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Aleksander Vedholm was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The Väröbacka RK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Söderhamn were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
