An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Wallengren in the 12th minute of play forced GAME OVER's goalkeeper Urban Granqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Sundberg came free in the 43rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Fred Hultman, but to the joy of Bong Football Club's supporters the ball went over. If Kjell Wallengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Josef Fredriksson made the kick off in the second half. Urban Granqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kjell Wallengren's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Ian Sundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in GAME OVER fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! In the 68th match minute, Bong Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Pihlberg to maneuver through the defense. If Håkan Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Urban Granqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
