Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pål Västerstrand took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pkaelito FC's Sven-Ove Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Västerstrand in the 6th minute of play. Jens Sundberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Sven-Ove Sundström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Pkaelito FC's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Sundström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens Sundberg. Jens Sundberg took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Ove Sundström. Sven-Ove Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pkaelito FC's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingvar Bäck during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of AIK booed when Pkaelito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Bäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pål Västerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Ove Sundström having to interfere. With a little luck, Pkaelito FC's Sven-Ove Sundström got control of the ball when Jens Sundberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ingvar Bäck was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Pkaelito FC's Ingvar Bäck got a free kick in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Magnus Fernkvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Pål Västerstrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Ove Sundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pål Västerstrand's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Jens Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pkaelito FC's Karl-Erik Lundqvist got a free kick in the 68th minute. After recieving a nice pass, AIK's Marko Mellin tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jens Sundberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Ove Sundström was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Pål Västerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sven-Ove Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Sundberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Ove Sundström having to make a save. After 81 minutes, Gilbert Blomquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pkaelito FC and the AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pkaelito FC's Gilbert Blomquist got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Västerstrand in the 84th minute of play forced Pkaelito FC's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jens Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Pål Västerstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Ove Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pål Västerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Ove Sundström having to interfere. If Jens Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the AIK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
