Spectators: 5600 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1050, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aleksander Stephansson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aleksander Stephansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Kjell-Arne Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Mattias Pilgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trensum BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yxlan IK the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Trensum BF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yxlan IK:s goal. Karl-Magnus Anundsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Trensum BF's Kåre Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Hård in the 13th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Trensum BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valter Dahlbom to maneuver through the defense. Richard Forsell hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th match minute, Trensum BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Magnusson to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Åke Mellbad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Kjell-Arne Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trensum BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Magne Hård scored to the left of an out of position Kåre Blixt, making the score, 3-0. In the 46thth minute of the game Stig-Åke Mellbad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yxlan IK's Kjell-Arne Wennerqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magne Hård to make the kick off. Valter Dahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Magne Hård left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yxlan IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Stig-Åke Mellbad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Yxlan IK's August Helberg got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kjell-Arne Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Stephansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 72 minutes, Magne Hård managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yxlan IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magne Hård was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th match minute, Yxlan IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Helberg to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes Yxlan IK got a freekick which was hit by Richard Forsell. If Aleksander Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magne Hård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yxlan IK's Ronny Blomberg got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig-Åke Mellbad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig-Åke Mellbad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yxlan IK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
