Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Olov Björkdahl made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Svibacka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Björkdahl came free, but Claes Melberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kjell Åström came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Svibacka FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Åström couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Svibacka FC's goalkeeper Claes Melberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan Haeger. Kjell Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Herman Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herman Levander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Holmstedt went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Kjell Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Herman Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Melberg made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Allan Haeger sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Gallberg charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Gallberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcus Gallberg kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Max Holmstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olov Björkdahl struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Claes Melberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strömsund. 40 minutes into the match, Strömsund's goal looked a bit too open when Max Holmstedt came free, but Herman Levander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Kjell Åström sped through Strömsund's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Herman Levander. Kjell Åström struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Herman Levander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svibacka FC. After the first half Svibacka FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kjell Åström made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Patrick Lindberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claes Melberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Claes Melberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Björkdahl in the 54th minute of play. Allan Haeger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Olov Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Svibacka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Haeger came free, but Claes Melberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claes Melberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Haeger, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Claes Melberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olov Björkdahl went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Allan Haeger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Melberg having to interfere. If Max Holmstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsund's zone, Max Holmstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herman Levander came out of the goal and Max Holmstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Olov Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Svibacka FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
