In the 2nd minute, Ian Hultin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Ingemar Wassenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thøger Fernbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Larsson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Lennart Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Älmeboda FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Bjursell to maneuver through the defense. Thøger Fernbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Wassenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play Muppin FC's Lennart Hegg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Muppin FC's Reynaldo Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Söderman in the 56th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Egil Wennerquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muppin FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Egil Wennerquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thøger Fernbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Älmeboda FK's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Wennerquist came free, but Thøger Fernbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egil Wennerquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thøger Fernbo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Muppin FC's Ceandro Celli got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thøger Fernbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Wassenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. A collision led to Älmeboda FK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lennart Fagrell hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Qvalfeldt in the 84th minute of play forced Muppin FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Naelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Qvalfeldt succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1.
