Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Finsberg started the match with the kick off. Fabian Finsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Ahlquist having to interfere. With a little luck, Stenhamra's Helge Gernberg got control of the ball when Hannes Björkdal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes, Boris Törnblom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stenhamra and the Fengersfors RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Stenhamra got a freekick which was hit by Boris Törnblom. A collision led to Stenhamra getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Eric Henriksson hit a great ball. Karl-Johan Vidman, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Stenhamra's goalkeeper Helge Gernberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hannes Björkdal. Eric Henriksson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Bo-Erik Ahlquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gottfrid Lindell's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Fabian Finsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Stenhamra booed when Fengersfors RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Vidman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bo-Erik Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Finsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Finsberg in the 41st minute of play forced Fengersfors RK's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Ahlquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boris Törnblom hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When Stenhamra's Gottfrid Lindell, in the 52nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Stenhamra. 54 minutes into the match, Fengersfors RK's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Ahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gottfrid Lindell. 67 minutes in the game, Fabian Finsberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bo-Erik Ahlquist having to interfere. Fabian Finsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fabian Finsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo-Erik Ahlquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gottfrid Lindell in the 79th minute. Gottfrid Lindell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fengersfors RK's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Ahlquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabian Finsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bo-Erik Ahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Forsell in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helge Gernberg saved Stenhamra from getting behind. With a little luck, Fengersfors RK's Bo-Erik Ahlquist got control of the ball when Gottfrid Lindell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stenhamra were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
