Spectators: 7270 (Terracing: 5454, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Ivar Hellgren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sven-Ove Arenius came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Otterbäcken IK's Mikael Sundén. But to his dismay, Mikael Sundén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marko Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Wästerberg in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Otterbäcken IK's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Wästerberg came free, but Marko Åkerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Wästerberg in the 26th minute of play forced Otterbäcken IK's goalkeeper Marko Åkerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Bengt-Rune Berggren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marko Åkerman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 32nd match minute, Otterbäcken IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Stenström to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Bispgården IF's Tord Strömberg tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Marko Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Wästerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Ivar Hellgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Bengt-Rune Berggren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marko Åkerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Wästerberg to make the kick off. Andreas Wästerberg scored 1-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Åkerman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bispgården IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
