A collision led to Wydad Wogel getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Helge Lindell hit a great ball. Wydad Wogel's Evert Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Joensson in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Wydad Wogel booed when Perineum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Hurtig didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Wydad Wogel's Ivar Molander threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rickard Arenstedt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wydad Wogel's Evert Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Fastesson in the 46th minute of play. Perineum FC's Peter Joensson got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Leo Matsson shot from long distance in the 55th minute, but Evert Gunnarsson was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Rutger Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Evert Gunnarsson made a huge save. Evert Gunnarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Olof Fastesson in the 64th minute. Rickard Arenstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivar Molander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Perineum FC's Robin Sjöberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evert Gunnarsson but with some difficulty. Ivar Molander came out of the goal and Rickard Arenstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christer Rosin got free with Evert Gunnarsson in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Perineum FC booed when Wydad Wogel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthon Svartengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perineum FC's Robin Sjöberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evert Gunnarsson but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Wydad Wogel's Helge Lindell got a free kick in the 90th minute. Rickard Arenstedt took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivar Molander. Ivar Molander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The Wydad Wogel players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
