Spectators: 5003 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1001, VIP seats: 1) Limmared's Ola Biörkman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Live-Red FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Dan Käcker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henning Fagrell. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After 12 played minutes Live-Red FK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Käcker. Live-Red FK's Einar Kilstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Biörkman in the 14th minute of play. Einar Kilstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Biörkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Bock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Einar Kilstedt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Rutger Skålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Kilstedt having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Limmared got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Gustafsson. After a rather tough play, Live-Red FK's Rickard Ek got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Henning Fagrell made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Georg Qvalfeldt sent off a good shot on target. Fredrik Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Henning Fagrell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Georg Qvalfeldt in the 45th minute. After 47 minutes of play, Limmared's Ola Biörkman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Kilstedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Douglas Lundqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Ola Biörkman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limmared's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ola Biörkman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Qvalfeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henning Fagrell having to make a save. Henning Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Rickard Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henning Fagrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Douglas Lundqvist's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Limmared's Henning Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Qvalfeldt in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Jan-Olof Malm made a precise shot to the right of Henning Fagrell. Limmared's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Douglas Lundqvist scored 4-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Fagrell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henning Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Qvalfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Dan Bock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henning Fagrell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Douglas Lundqvist went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute, Jan-Olof Malm made a precise shot to the right of Henning Fagrell. Limmared's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. When Georg Qvalfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Live-Red FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Georg Qvalfeldt couldn't finish the play.
