Spectators: 7270 (Terracing: 5454, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jens Målare got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Jens Målare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nils-Emil Lekberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 15 minutes, Nils-Emil Lekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergsta F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Emil Lekberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segmon FK's Bo-Erik Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Pihlgren in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Bo Melin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Segmon FK's Bo-Erik Åström didn't even have to move. Bo-Erik Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Pihlgren in the 23rd minute of play. After 29 played minutes Bergsta F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Apelquist. 32 minutes into the game, Segmon FK's Aron Bergsten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Abelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Nils-Emil Lekberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bo-Erik Åström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Pihlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Hannes Pihlgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Nils-Emil Lekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Åström having to interfere. Bo-Erik Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Pihlgren in the 59th minute of the match. Aron Bergsten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 62 minutes, Bo Melin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergsta F.C and the Segmon FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bergsta F.C getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Bo Melin hit a great ball. Jonas Apelquist kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bergsta F.C's zone, Aron Bergsten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Abelsson came out of the goal and Aron Bergsten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jens Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hannes Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Bo-Erik Åström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Nicklas Jansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Segmon FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergsta F.C the free kick. Nicklas Jansson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Hannes Pihlgren struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Bo-Erik Åström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergsta F.C. Bo-Erik Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Emil Lekberg in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Segmon FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Pihlgren came free, but Bo-Erik Åström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
