Boris Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Karlsson in the 5th minute of the match. Andréas Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Lindgren having to interfere. Gustaf Andberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Åkesson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anders Olsman saved Manchester United Lions from getting behind. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fagerfjäll FF's goalkeeper Boris Lindgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boris Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Wiklund in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Andréas Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Finsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Åkesson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 69 played minutes Manchester United Lions got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Askstedt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Karlsson in the 74th minute of play forced Fagerfjäll FF's goalkeeper Boris Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Finsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boris Lindgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Finsberg in the 78th minute. Jan Finsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Lindgren having to interfere. Boris Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andréas Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan Finsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Olsman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reine Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If André Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manchester United Lions were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
