Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ingvar Frisck kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute, Joachim Pihlgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Apelkvist. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th minute Sixten Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Fribäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Frisck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Hammarström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Christian Apelkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joachim Pihlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joachim Pihlgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute Joachim Pihlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Apelkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Torsby FF's goalkeeper Christian Apelkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Lund. Thanks to some nice moves Leo Persson could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Christian Apelkvist however easily saved by the left post. In the 34th minute, Ingvar Frisck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Mulle IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Säv came free, but Arne Fribäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Torsby FF's Holger Sigfridsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Fribäck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Ingvar Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sixten Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joachim Pihlgren was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jan Säv fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Mulle IFK's Arne Fribäck got control of the ball when Ingvar Frisck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingvar Frisck in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Fribäck, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 62 minutes into the match, Torsby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Pihlgren came free, but Christian Apelkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Apelkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Pihlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 70 minutes into the game, Torsby FF's Sixten Lundström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Fribäck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Leo Persson charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Frisck got free with Arne Fribäck in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christian Apelkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Persson in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Mulle IFK booed when Torsby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Frisck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Stabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Arne Fribäck managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Torsby FF's Ingvar Frisck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Leo Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Torsby FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mulle IFK throughout the match.
