In the 3rd minute, Tim Strömqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 4 minutes into the match, Brandstorp IFK's Daniel Johnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Pettersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Johnsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Pettersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Casper Lundgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Matthias Offendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casper Lundgren in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthias Offendahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the game, one of Kilafors BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 0-1 became the score in the 25th minute when Casper Lundgren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Casper Lundgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Christian Pettersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Strömqvist in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Johnsson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Tom Finman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kilafors BK and the Brandstorp IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tom Finman kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kilafors BK's Per Billström got a free kick in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Finman got free with Matthias Offendahl in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the game, Per Billström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kilafors BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brandstorp IFK the free kick. A collision led to Kilafors BK getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Per Billström hit a great ball. Christian Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Strömqvist in the 61st minute of play. Kilafors BK's Christian Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Strömqvist in the 66th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Casper Lundgren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Victor Petersson hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Brandstorp IFK's Algot Lööf got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Konrad Lindell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Casper Lundgren came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Kilafors BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casper Lundgren couldn't finish the play. Kilafors BK's Per Billström got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Per Billström off the ground. A collision led to Kilafors BK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Per Billström hit a great ball. Algot Lööf took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Pettersson. Kilafors BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Konrad Lindell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Matthias Offendahl made a huge save. If Konrad Lindell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Strömqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Christian Pettersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Strömqvist in the 93rd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kilafors BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
