Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jim Andreasson started the match with the kick off. When Erland Emander fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Visby's protests and gave Erland Emander a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Visby got a freekick which was hit by Erland Emander. In the 11th minute, Olov Martinsson made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Fastesson. Visby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Lucas Fastesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Visby got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Holmgren. Lucas Fastesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Martinsson in the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Visby's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Andreasson came free, but Lucas Fastesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Emander hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Michael Ekström made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Richard Alén sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Georg Lundkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 30 minutes, Mats Månsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Visby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mats Månsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Olov Martinsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Hoting's Jim Andreasson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Fastesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Hoting fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Hoting's Olov Martinsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 44 minutes of play, Hoting's Jim Andreasson made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Fastesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mats Månsson made the kick off in the second half. Jim Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Fastesson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Visby's Daniel Holmgren got a free kick in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Jim Andreasson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucas Fastesson. Jim Andreasson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. With his leg Lucas Fastesson managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Hoting's Olov Martinsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 63rd match minute, Visby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erland Emander to maneuver through the defense. Hoting's Olov Martinsson got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Hoting booed when Visby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Bergkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Fastesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Martinsson in the 67th minute. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Visby! When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, Hoting's Carl Ödmann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lucas Fastesson. In the 84thth minute of the game Jim Andreasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Visby's Lucas Fastesson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucas Fastesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Fastesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Martinsson in the 90th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Jim Andreasson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucas Fastesson. Jim Andreasson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Hoting played a much better game than Visby and deserved their victory. The Visby players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
