Per-Åke Hermansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Måns Åkesson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Åke Hermansson was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Måns Åkesson to make the kick off. Per-Åke Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Alebäck in the 52nd minute of play. Per-Åke Hermansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Måns Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Per-Åke Hermansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Alebäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Måns Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Per-Åke Hermansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Čardak's zone, Måns Åkesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Åke Hermansson came out of the goal and Måns Åkesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Måns Åkesson sped through Čardak's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per-Åke Hermansson. Måns Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Åkerberg's late challenge caught a Čardak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Åkerberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sälen! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Čardak. Simon Pihlblad stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Charlie Falk. 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Åkesson in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Åke Hermansson saved Čardak from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Sälen's Måns Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per-Åke Hermansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The supporters of Sälen booed when Čardak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Bratt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute Måns Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Hermansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
