Aaron Rudberg scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Ove Lenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute of the match Wilhelm Lindberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Göran Tingelholm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Aaron Rudberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Niklas Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Tingelholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Wallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Ove Lenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Morgan Thorsberg went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Korskrogen's Niklas Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Holger Thedin made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Nykvarn BF were awarded a corner. Sven-Ove Kinnman went to the cornerflag to take it. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Korskrogen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Ove Kinnman was slow to take the kick. During this time Nykvarn BF's players had a chance to rest. In the 60th minute, Sven-Ove Kinnman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Ove Lenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Rudberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Niklas Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Ove Lenberg having to interfere. Morgan Thorsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Karl-Ove Lenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holger Thedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nykvarn BF's Wilhelm Lindberg got a free kick in the 88th minute. There was no doubt that Korskrogen were the better team. Korskrogen's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
