Berget Bronx Bois's Carl Söderquist got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timmy Asklöv could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Per Ståhlman made a huge save. Unbeaten 49's Per Ståhlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Söderquist in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Berget Bronx Bois getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kjell Nordlander hit a great ball. Carl Söderquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per Ståhlman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Mattias Broberg's late challenge caught a Berget Bronx Bois's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carl Söderquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Ståhlman having to interfere. Per Ståhlman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Söderquist in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulf Wästerberg was the one to do the kick off. If Robin Pålsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oliver Adelsköld was a little too slow when Ulf Wästerberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Berget Bronx Bois's zone, Robin Pålsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Adelsköld came out of the goal and Robin Pålsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
