Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Ture Siggman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arvin Liljeström during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stockholm FF! The referee gave WE ARE THE BEST a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Björn Dusett, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Stockholm FF's Tor Engström. 0-1. Ture Siggman struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Allan Lidman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stockholm FF. 13 minutes into the match, Stockholm FF's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Åberg came free, but Tor Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Patrik Abrahamsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stockholm FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WE ARE THE BEST the free kick. In the 14th minute, Patrik Abrahamsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Frank Åberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. WE ARE THE BEST's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Åberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tor Engström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ulf Pååk scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Allan Lidman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Stockholm FF's Marcus Haglund got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Boris Melberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tor Engström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Ture Siggman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stockholm FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 30 minutes into the game, WE ARE THE BEST's Torsten Abrahamsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tor Engström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to WE ARE THE BEST getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Torsten Abrahamsson hit a great ball. Ulf Pååk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Lidman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. WE ARE THE BEST's Allan Lidman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save WE ARE THE BEST from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute Ulf Pååk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Lidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ture Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerry Stor kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Stockholm FF's Jan-Ove Kämpe got a free kick in the 47th minute.
The wind increased when Torsten Abrahamsson made the kick off in the second half. When Thomas Valler fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WE ARE THE BEST's protests and gave Thomas Valler a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Stockholm FF booed when WE ARE THE BEST was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Valler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Ture Siggman notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of WE ARE THE BEST's Allan Lidman. Allan Lidman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Allan Lidman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ture Siggman went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerry Stor during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Ulf Pååk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Lidman was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Ture Siggman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Lidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Lidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ture Siggman in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Stockholm FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
