The long shot by Brian Henriksson in the 29th minute really tested Bengt-Arne Wassenius's skills. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilhelm Lindqvist made a kick off. When Karl-Erik Kleen fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nordingrå BK's protests and gave Karl-Erik Kleen a yellow card for diving instead. When Adrian Askstedt came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Pirrekulla FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Askstedt couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Pirrekulla FF's zone, Ulf Walmarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt-Arne Wassenius came out of the goal and Ulf Walmarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Askstedt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erland Nydal came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrian Askstedt slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Nordingrå BK's Karl-Erik Kleen got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Erling Deckberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Pirrekulla FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nordingrå BK.
