Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Patrik Sjöberg made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Kalix booed when Stugun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Nordal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Hjortberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Stugun's zone, Olov Askelöf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Jakobsson came out of the goal and Olov Askelöf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 39 played minutes Stugun got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Hellström. If Olov Askelöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Stugun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Pedersson to maneuver through the defense.
