The audience was convinced that Stefan Forss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johannes Åkerman was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 6thth minute of the game Stefan Forss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FC's Johannes Åkerman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joseph Magnusson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Stefan Forss scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Åkerman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute Stefan Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Åkerman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Syrianska FC's Johannes Åkerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Forss in the 17th minute of play. Johannes Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Forss in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Syrianska FC's goalkeeper Johannes Åkerman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Syrianska FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tomas Ahlroht hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Larsfelt during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, one of Bara FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bara FF. When the match had been going on for 27 minutes, Syrianska FC's Joachim Mårtensson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mattias Stål. Johannes Åkerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Forss in the 30th minute of play. If Arvin Västerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Stefan Forss sped through Syrianska FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Johannes Åkerman. After 45 minutes, Joachim Mårtensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Syrianska FC and the Bara FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Syrianska FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bara FF:s goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Stefan Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes Åkerman came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Bara FF's Stefan Forss. But to his dismay, Stefan Forss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Bara FF's Mattias Stål played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Asklöv in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bara FF's Inge Ingemarsson got a free kick in the 65th minute. Joachim Mårtensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Forss got free with Johannes Åkerman in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80thth minute of the game Arvin Västerstrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FC's Johannes Åkerman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arvin Västerstrand kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johannes Åkerman. That made the score 1-5 in the 81 minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Arvin Västerstrand got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Stefan Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattias Stål showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Linberg in the 89th minute of the match. When the match was over Bara FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Syrianska FC throughout the match.
