Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Evert Brolin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Norrtälje FC's Evert Brolin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Alf Vinström might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inge Brogren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alf Vinström ran back to his position shaking his head. Filip Östlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrik Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. André Wikander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Fantasya's Casper Aspengren got a free kick in the 17th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Mats Eckegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norrtälje FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Eckegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inge Brogren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the game, Alf Vinström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norrtälje FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Fantasya the free kick. Alf Vinström hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. André Wikander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Lång, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alf Vinström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Inge Brogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, FC Fantasya's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Brolin came free, but Inge Brogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jim Söderberg came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Norrtälje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jim Söderberg couldn't finish the play. Inge Brogren made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Mats Eckegren sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 40 in the game by Evert Brolin from a close distance when the talented Inge Brogren managed to make a qualified save. FC Fantasya's players were relieved. The supporters of FC Fantasya booed when Norrtälje FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Vinström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inge Brogren was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Jan-Ove Lindgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jan-Ove Lindgren really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilgot Ekblom to make the kick off. Jan-Ove Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Norrtälje FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patrik Lång fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Östlund during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Norrtälje FC's Filip Östlund got a free kick in the 58th minute. When Norrtälje FC's Evert Brolin in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fantasya's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fantasya's zone, Evert Brolin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Brogren came out of the goal and Evert Brolin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Evert Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Ekblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Wikander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. André Wikander acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Casper Aspengren. In the 86th match minute, Norrtälje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Östlund to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes FC Fantasya got a freekick which was hit by Vilgot Ekblom. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Brolin in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inge Brogren saved FC Fantasya from getting behind. In the 96th minute Jan-Ove Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Brogren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Norrtälje FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
