The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13thth minute of the game Sven-Åke Ibrahimović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Källö-knippla's Ronny Ersman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Farstas Finest getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Adrian Berglund hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Näfver during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Farstas Finest got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Näfver. Ronny Ersman stood somewhat misplaced when Nabil Bahoui came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. Källö-knippla's Ronny Ersman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Källö-knippla from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Erling Kristiansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hannes Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nabil Bahoui who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Ronny Ersman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nabil Bahoui got free with Ronny Ersman in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Kent Wickander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farstas Finest's John Hammarberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edmund Lindström, made in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ivar Axelsson made the kick off in the second half. Kent Wickander charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kent Wickander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kent Wickander kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Farstas Finest's Nabil Bahoui got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73 minutes, Nabil Bahoui made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Källö-knippla's Ronny Ersman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronny Ersman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nabil Bahoui's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Nabil Bahoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farstas Finest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nabil Bahoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 89 played minutes Farstas Finest got a freekick which was hit by John Hammarberg. Ronny Ersman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabil Bahoui in the 95th minute of play. Farstas Finest were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Källö-knippla for a fine match.
